sua fa'i samoan banana soup

when you stop tasting it with your eyes, its amazing. it makes me want to dance around like a tool after it.

ingreeeeeeedients!!!!

some cooked sago (tapioca pearls)
tin of coconut cream
some boiled ripe bananas

after boiling bananas, dont drain it, leave the water in there,  add in the cooked sago, then add the coconut cream and let it all just simmer together. my grandma used to chuck some kaffir lime leaves in there to give it a kick, but i just never could be bothered chucking in the leaves,

just looking at this is making my taste buds go nommy nom nom
