ok this one i came up with bored at home. dad had bought me a fish fillet for dinner and it was up to me how i made it
this makes it for one person
serve it with cooked rice
INGREEEEEDIENTS!
one fish steak thingo
3 teaspooons of red thai curry paste
1 lemon
some chiffonaded cabbage to your desire
in a pot of water that JUST covers the fish, cook it in there.
squeeze lemon juice into there, and put a wedge of unsqueezed lemon underneath the fish.
close pot to infuse for a minute or two until when you lift the lid, it smells lemony.
chuck in your paste and mixy mixy it.
chuck in cabbage.
leave it with lid on to simmer until fish and cabbage are at desired crunchiness.
take lid off to let the water die down to have a red curry soupy texture thingo.
voila! it tastes like heaven the first time. next time round it just tastes feral and youl wanna chase me with some pitchforks.
